Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible returns must meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
• For hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been worn, used, applied, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
• Returned items must be unused, unworn, unopened where applicable, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
• Returns due to personal preference, change of mind, or an incorrect size, color, shape, style, or design selection may be accepted if all return conditions are met. Return shipping costs for these returns are the customer’s responsibility.
• If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item so we can assist you.
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges for customer preference, sizing, color, shape, style, or design changes. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
