How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
What if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?
Please check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, contact customer service to verify your email address.
Do you offer order tracking?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept return requests within 7 days after delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- Returned in their original condition.
- Include original packaging and accessories where applicable.
Due to hygiene reasons, press-on nails that have been worn, used, applied, altered, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that show signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, missing accessories, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, your order may have already entered production or shipping preparation, and we may no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.

How long do the nails last?
Adhesive Tabs: 1–3 days (great for short-term wear)
Nail Glue: 1–3 weeks with proper application
Longevity depends on your daily activities and application method.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes.
If removed carefully and cleaned properly after use, your nails can be worn multiple times.
